Nick Ward, yep forgotten about him. I wouldn't be pissed if we signed a kiwi striker like Fallon or Killen. Fallon's flailing arms will fit perfectly in the more physical A-league, and Killen i think would do well.

Still would LOVE to have Nelsen come and retire here, but that'd be a big dream i know. But Dura is a good general of the backs too IMO.

Musa needs some more game time next to Dura too, to show him the rope. His game next to North was poor, but then North was being a crybaby for most of the game anyway, and not really leading the defence.

While i'd love to see some big names here, i don't see why we can't go for the cheaper (maybe) payroll, and pick up some really good local talent (if we can find enough of them).

Youth and speed paid off well for Brisbane, and they only had a couple of 'big names' or old heads in their squad.

I think you have forgotten one of the main reasons that Brisbane did well--- Ange Postecoglou
