I am not saying Russia and China are so noble and good but are you not aware that the USA has overthrown/couped dozens of governments over the last 70 years? Almost always because of naked self interest and very rarely for any great ideals or with any altruism. It is silly to view them as a categorical other. Ryan
We're under constant attack by Russia and China who are trying to undermine liberal democracies world over
The bad old days of the CIA's proxy, the innocous sounding United Fruit Company (UFC). Or "El Pulpo" (the octopus) as the Latinos called it.
Thankfully those days are over. Most Venzuelans are actually hoping like hell Trump sends his troops into Caracas and topples Maduro. Certainly nearly all of the estimated 8 million economic refugees who have had to leave Venezuela during his dictatorship. The Don would want a slice of their oli industry, but at least they would be on the long road back to having a functioning country.
Sadly for them it's likely a false hope. Best they might get you think is another coup attempt against Maduro by some of his own military officers.
All of which has strong ties to Domey's failure to get the Nix into the OFC League.
