Well there is nothing stopping Dome revealing them and his examination result if he chose to do so.

He is probably too humiliated to do so and wants to keep it under wraps so no follow up questions are asked of him and hopes the issue just dies away 

He probably realises that his best bet is that the New Caledonian civil unrest settles down and two new teams are added.
