And Wellington itself is a basket case in the main caused by a Council dominated by people i suspect of having similar political views as you Martin.
My main priority is I wanna see the Nix doing well. But the consumer economy of the twentieth century relies on everyone having money to spend.
We’re seeing ghouls suck money out of the economy- the social networks are killing advertising and scarcely paying a dime. That’s money sucked out of circulation every month. Billionaires hoard wealth, or spend it on vanity projects where people can’t tell them when things are broken.
Remember when everyone rode a bike and it wasn’t a culture war issue? Here in Japan supermarkets, train stations and department stores have bicycle parks. Here’s a thought- if you’ve invested in a bicycle lane put a couple of bicycle parks out the front rather than telling everyone who gets around this way, and it sure wouldn’t be my fat gut in Welly!, that their business isn’t welcome. We used to bike to school. Everyone used to want a bike when they were 10 or 12 or earlier…
I want us to be ticking over as an economy and the Nix having loud, happy fans, not fighting over f- speed limits around schools or whatever.
I dunno I’d like to hear a good story about the future of NZ and the world in general. But no one’s got one they wanna tell…
Hey, how about you go fudge yourself? You’re a coward and a snarky piece of crap. Often you’re good value and charismatic on the football so you skate on that, but also you used to have a nasty habit of turning up to be the third person dropping some lazy misogyny on Dolores. You’re a garden gnome Cosgrove, bud.
