Do you mean if Dome stays do I think things will change. My answer is no.
I have nothing against him personally. Im sure he is quite a capable administrator. He always struck me as a more back of the office guy, good at spreadsheets and day to day running of a business.
But I would give him low marks for things like communication and big picture strategy. He tends to disappear when things are not going well. The clubs lack of response to terrible crowd numbers is shocking.
I would keep Dome on as head of admin but i honestly believe that we need fresh vision leading the club.
An Auckland friend asked me if Becker and McFlynn were heading the current Nix would things be a lot better. I have to admit I said yes.



interesting thought experiment, becker and mcflynn at the Nix. Yes they could be better, but imagine Corica here would he be as good as afc now with our current squad and injuries? Becker and mcflynn have access to wealth (that can buy your rivals best player and use every bit of the cap and concessions available) that domey can only dream of, a scouting network, and even benefiting from strength and conditioning knowledge.
