Hopefully not announcing Rufer means he hasn't signed yet, so can still be convinced to stay.
If they 100% believed eze was going they would have announced it today to start the search for a new striker imo.
They'll be searching without announcing it. 

It means that theres an offer on the table to Eze, not that there's necessarily any chance of him accepting it.
