Yes! That is why. Now I imagine they will want to have some more players to reveal end of this week and next week. The first pre season match will have to get organized and they are still lacking 3 preferred starters at least: 
1 striker
1 attacking  midfield
 1 defensive/central midfield. 
I imagine they wouldn't mind to have a substitute or 2 signed late, but the main leaders, they will be intensely working on that now, surely.
