We don’t deserve a point. We do the same thing on repeat with the same results and wonder why it doesn’t work. Goalkicks being the obvious one. I just want this to end.

Slight over reaction? We are being outplayed by a highly attacking team on their home ground in front of 11,000 fans in 26 degrees heat. Yes, we are still lucky to be in the game but our guys are giving it 100%.

Definitely a bit of fear factor there. Credit the Reds, they are still chasing the win and look much more likely to score.

If we had a creative cm we would be set. We need to get someone in in this window.

Was thinking ten mins ago I'd take the draw and no heart attack. Nervy but tick on both counts.

Chief has got a bit to work on. Lucky result there.

Paulsen and Van Hattum unfairly get yellows, imo, but we could have easily lost that. Ibutsuki was immense and they were at us up front. 

Honestly, liked our game management at the end. Two good chances to win it late, but we have to be more calculating to win than that grand smash finish. Van Hattum a good ball for Pennington to hit the post. 

Is it time to switch the narrative of our season? Pre season, we had little expectations and are delighted with our start, we are now first, almost halfway through the season, and today performances one of the more disappointing ones if I am honest.. we didn’t lose, but were out shot 27 to 6, almost conceded twice vs 10 players and lost the lead twice.. bad habits are starting to appear like little man marking in the box and sitting deep not to lose (like last season).. idk why I am disappointed, but I expect more vs an average Adelaide side who were thoroughly outplayed by the Roar only 3 weeks back in the same venue.. next week vs Perth is a must win to keep our season momentum

For me, the worrying signs were there when we beat WSW in the injury time. Flash of brilliance from Kosta, twice, against tiring defence, but after 90 minutes of us not being able to score.  We do not play well against teams that run at us like mad with quick passing and that foul us off the park early (usually they foul Kraev).

We were indeed very lucky to draw that. We will drop to third by the end of this round and we have our third away game in a row against Perth next before hosting the Victory. Might be reverting to the mean here boys

Fudgeing exciting game that could have gone either way.

Ibusuki was insaaaane.  Barba making up for years of not scoring for us in the last few weeks.

You gotta admit this team ain’t nuttin to f- with!

More clinical on our attacks in the early second half and we win. And we could stay too. Good point imo, especially compared to the Sydney game.

Excellent away point at a tough ground but I think we were lucky to get it. Probably the red card saved us in the end. A pity we couldn't show just a tad more attacking intent there at the end though.
