Interesting game., i read people here that we absolutely dominated them, I don’t think i agree. I thought Adelaide while not creating that many clear cut chances were worth a point and it was a fair result. We had some nervy moments, especially before our goal and Sail had to make numerous smart saves (Juande in first half, corner in second half and Zac clough around 80th minute). We had numerous chances ourselves, and i think the stats will show it was an even game and one point each was fair on balance of play =)
I think you'll find stats wise we were all over them until things fell apart at the end, almost double the xG for example. If you don't include CCM's two penalties, the difference in xG between the Nix and Adelaide was by far the highest for round so far. Nix had more shots and vastly more shots on target, Sail made only 3 saves vs their keepers 8.

Another stat that keeps cropping up in almost all our games that irks me is Adelaides 16 fouls vs our 9 yet yellow's were 1 a-piece.

Fox sports stats which shows our first half dominance (breaks up the game into halfs) and sort of reinforces up my point about us only really falling apart in the last third after subs.

Weird that the official A-league site seems to have either no stats or terrible stats available, unless I'm missing something or they are buried somehwere.
