Not sure if this has been mentioned already but I just noticed in an article from Saturday by Michael Burgess about the derby he says:
"With this victory, Auckland became the first team in A League history to win three derbies in a season, something that hadn’t been achieved in either the inter-Sydney or inter-Melbourne clashes."
He forgets its been done 3 times in the F3 derby - I know he mentions afterwards saying it hasn't been done in the Sydney or Melbourne ones, but surely the F3 counts as Newcastle and Gosford are much closer geographically than Wellington and Auckland - and its also the longest standing derby in the league...
