I heard an interesting little story about the game last night. I'm in Dunedin, talking to a pub worker about last night. My friend asked if the pub was heaving last night after the rugby (Highlanders beating Auckland). The worker said yes it was but the crowd watching the football before it was so loud there were complaints and she had to try and quieten everyone down. She said "It was the Wellington Phoenix and that Auckland team. What's its name?"
I said, "Just Auckland."
"Oh, OK"

Shows how far the sport has come, if that’s happening in rugby centric Dunners. Bring in a 3rd NZ team from the Sth Island, they can call their own.

Also maybe you could share the name of the pub with the young guy on here who’s just moved to study at Otago Uni, and struggling to find fellow Nix fans for viewing games
