Welnix group ain't paupers at all. Rob Morrison maybe closer to being a Billionaire than Nix fans would care to admit.

But none of them appear to be the sports nut that Foley is. Turning up at Vegas hockey games, Bournemouth FC new facility unveilings, and no doubt Auckland FC finals. The Lear jet will be doing some kms. I mean the poor bloke made his bilions in one the world's most dead boring industries - Insurance. No wonder he wants get the blood pumping with sports ownership in his dotage.

Garth Morgan tried to get football passionate and hands on at Nix trainings. But it didn't prove to match his skill set.

Again Welnix are more accidental football owners, and I think that makes a difference with the ambitions of the 2 clubs. Fair enough. It's Rob Morrison's hard earned cash, and if he doesn't want to spend OTT on the Nix that's his business. Didn't they spend a record amount in Talay's last season, and it was a bit of flat dud??
