I know it's an away game.. but I'm not a fan of wearing the blueish strip against a blue team. Wish we would wear yellow more often.

Manuel passes the ball back more than Rufer.

Lewis for Manuel at half time?

Looks like we've changed to 4-2-2-2

Might be better idea to give Pennington a rest, and I'd expect lewis will only get 15 or 20 minutes.

Hooper has almost been the most disappointing this half. Has dominated his space and his touch has let him go. He needs to step up.

Guys who don’t rate Piscopo, just think how he’d go in this game winning us a few free kicks, making a little space.

Also the game is really only a goal from Sutton to one from Mclaren.

Hooper looks disinterested... but when he gets the ball, the pass is usually poor and he has 3 defenders on him.

Neither Pennington or Manuel offering anything in the middle, they are not moving into pockets of space to recieve the ball, just staying stagnat, making it easy for the opposition. When they do get it, they simply pass it back and stay still, no pass and move. There is nothing there at all. Pennington has been complete pants.

Sutton making bad touches as well and we have had no ball on the right.

Just ugly, ugly ugly.

No one has had a good half.

City playing like they need to win by 4 to nail first.

They look serious class.

McGarry on for Pennington and move Sutton into the middle and then bring lewis on at 60 minutes. Not sure if there's any point bringing on Piscopo for this game.

How many outs does Pennington have? Bidois and Manuel not a real guarantee to hold the ball.

Kinda the score line I expected. But the nature of our game is disappointing. We are just hopeless in mid field and it is affecting the confidence of all the players.

Gotta protect Sutton just as much as the others.

Oggie and slipping over when he didn’t have any passing options a side, I think Sutton has done well. Hes managed nabbot well so far.

Sutton has done well on D... but as our main outlet with the ball I think he has been poor.

Also would help if sail or another senior player rallied the players. There just seems to be a lot of arm flapping and pointing at each other atm.

Was the furthest forward on a through ball that half…I don’t think you’ve so much to worry about…

The intensity goes up a big notch into playoffs. City are good in any case but it looks to me like they have lifted intensity and pace, looking to peak ahead of their semis.

Not too many 'Nix sides have had the capacity to lift when that heat comes on. We're still a make-shift midfield. Doesn't help. But some of the young fellas are going to learn from this.

No yellow?

Commentators- totally accidental from Jameson (while he was wrestling him to the ground)

That's better from us. If we can get one, we could put the sharks right up City for this last 30-40 minutes. Come on boys!

Between the VIC fans and the Seagulls you'd think it was a home game.
