Does Sotirio qualify to play for New Caledonia?? 
He would definitely be in the mix for the AW at least as things stand right now. I guess it l comes down to how soon he could be eligible and whether he'd want to play for us (and Hay would want him to) 

He hasn't been based in NZ though, so when the Nix returns that clock resets and he will have to live here for five years - by the time he's eligible he won't be the player he is now.

Hope he does get a socceroo call up. He deserves it with the form he's in.

He's in good form but he's still miles away from an Australia call up - their best side doesn't have too many players from the A-League and there's of attackers plenty in the league ahead of him in the pecking order - start with Leckie and McLaren, then add Goodwin, Nabbout, D'Agostino on current form and probably others I'm not thinking of right now.

Not complaining though, he's been fantastic this season and creates tons of headaches for defenders.
