Riffing on the above:  in addition to what ML NZ said: 
Kosta has pace, but also a tremendous ability to judge a chance and not waste time on it if it looks marginal. That is experience.  And his finishing is deadly.
Rojas is great technically, but also has a superb awareness of players around him; despite being way off full fitness, he already makes a difference where it matters.
OVH would do himself a favour if he aims at Kosta's fitness and self-discipline.  This might be easier to improve on than pure raw talent that Rojas and Kosta both have.
