I partially blame the players for not doing what's bveing asked of them - but I aslo put a lot of the blame on Chiefy here - the plan is clearly way to complex to be understood and delivered qucikly and easily - something needs to change urgently as it is pretty clear the players we currently have are not (cannot) deliver the plan.
I think we simply don't have the players to compete. Our bench is the weakest in the entire comp next to Perth and Brisbane. No manager can overcome such a gap in quality.

Please tell me what is 'complex' about his plan.
