One tip for you
Get to bed before 2am in the morning, I see a whole bunch of tweets between 2 and 2.30. Thats the sort of thing of would expect from Frankie Mac during a night on the booze.

ditch the football training and spend all your time drinking and (unsuccessfully) chasing the birds.
