“It was a really cool environment to be amongst, and I will look to go back, probably, if I head to Wellington again.”
A second season in Wellington is something Foster is currently discussing with new Phoenix coach Paul Temple, but she might end up having other options, after her first campaign ended with quite the haul at the club’s annual awards.

That If worries me. Would suck to lose her to another club.

Does make you wonder what other un tapped talents is out there. Seeing how fast Foster has progressed from domestic NZ footy to international level. 
Especially out of that US college system which doesn't get much exposure here. Emma Main as an example.

Being part of the FFDP program after returning from college and the age group system prior isn’t really untapped?
It’s a myth about about being plucked from NWL.

It’s a myth about about being plucked from NWL. 
Sure, but there are also a bunch of age group reps in the US college scene. Can any more of them make an impact when they leave the US system like Foster.  EG. Hannah Blake made a good start 3 goals for Glory and she only signed on mid season. Must be a few more coming through that US system.

True. I bet there are a bunch. A lot don’t come back but once there is a 2nd AL team in NZ and being Auckland based it should be a carrot

She’s obviously good from set pieces but too slow and gets skinned too regularly on the flanks for a fullback at highest level.
Maybe #6 if she wants to go to Europe ?

Honestly Id like to see Foster higher up the pitch, maybe left side of a top three or in a midfield position.  She can really hit a clean strike from range as well.
