I doubt sporting/footballing organisations are able to operate outside of the employment laws of the country they are in though. Sure the Nix are a private business and can promote whoever they want, I'd expect there would have had to have been a role advertised somewhere though? Just to be clear I'm not an employment lawyer an donly have a basic knowledge of some of the requirements within NZ.
