How do all our shots go straight at the keeper?

We deserved nothing else but to lose I'm afraid.

Just not at the races today. Had chances, didn’t take them. Lots of poor play. Then, didn’t defend well enough to stop Sydney having chances. 

Ugh that's just so frustrating. The difference is one quality header vs one terrible header. I feel we were well worth a point today.

Think taking Main off was a mistake. Speckmier had been off the whole game… unless it was because of her yellow no idea. And why in the first half Breslin went to the centre forward position baffles me - think she is playing her way out of the starting lineup.

Agree,Main was underdone yet again.
Breslin not impressing me very much at all. 
Speckmaier too often is Pritchard in disguise?
Barry our best player.
Shame for Edwards, she did nothing wrong, and did very well to force Vine too wide when she was thru.

Been saying it all along i dont think Speckmaier can score from open play or if she eventually does it will be rare. But in fairness what the heck was she doing playing wide right and tracking back??? her best work is through the middle toiling and harrasing.

Not the worst performance but not sure what the coaches are doing mixing it up all the time. We need them to know our best team and have continuity. 

Bugger. Thought the girls put in a really good shift. Very competitive with trying to play positive football to boot. Against a top team.  Deserved something out of that game. But as some posted they took there headed opportunity and we didn't. Alas

I can't agree with the negative comments about our performance. Sydney are a very good side, at least on paper, but resorted to trying to catch us on the break. We had more quality possession but on the day lacked the finish that is needed at this level. I thought Foster played well to restrict Vine to very few opportunities much the same as Tumeth on Speckmeier. Ahuge positive was the way we reacted to going behind. Could have won it with the headed chance and had the penalty shout on Lake gone our way.
