She hasn't had a lot of chance, and that will give her a much better chance of a contract,with us or someone else.

We actually played quite well apart from silly goal and Fergusons finishing.

Man, you've really got a thing for Ferguson, each time I log in and see your name, it's almost a guarantee of a diss of varying proportions. 
She's scoring goals - be happy! Fantastic finish for her goal today.

Tanaka showed skill when she came on. Surpised she hasn't been playing much much more.

Our final five - three against direct table rivals! Huge games those 

It's so good to see a Phoenix team actually win, show some urgency, and play some bloody football.

Coming into this game winless in five, I was worried our finals hopes were fading and we were heading into a decline along with the men. We may not be where we were a little while ago (4th) but we are by no means out of the finals race.

Some big games coming up, but we'll be with you all the way girls!

That game on the 22nd, the day after the Oceania semi finals. Might be a few sore heads at Porirua park. 

Both Jale and Barry injured, I thought we would be not very strong. But thanks to our subs we got the win. I would be happy for Ferguson to get another years contract.  You can’t knock her efforts and if we can keep Whinham and Longo for another season then their attacking combos should build well. Otherwise we just start from nothing again.

She had four chances and scored one. most strikers would be happy with that.

That table is very close. Should be an exciting run in. 

Top 3 you'd have to think are locked in.  So the remaining 3 spots up for grabs.  Only 3 points separating 4th from 8th.  We need to win and hope the other results go out way. 

Because we still have to play CCM and Canberra who are both only 1 point above us - if we can win all our remaining games, we will make finals and it doesn't matter if other results go our way or not

And Western United have played an extra game.  Do we know when Mel C Brisbane game will be rescheduled to?
