I can only assume that the ref interpreted the linesmans flag for a
Italy throw-in as indicating which way the foul shoul g0, no way on
god's green earth was that a foul on the Italian player.
But it went exactly to script - I've been telling folk all week - knowing Scotland, always snatching defeat from the jaws of victory - and the way the Italians always fluke their wins - that it would be a late goal for Italy to give them the win.

Hard luck though, totally understand when some of the players
say 'we were robbed'. Unreal decision at the end there and i do
feel a bit for ya cause you did fight right till the death and i
f**king hate Italian football!!!

Not only the rise of football but the rise of players.
We are breeding some fine talent. Alan Hutton - he is one for
the future. Many others like him too!
