It is all a bit bizarre.
From what i saw on the Maori TV schedule, they were going to be showing highlights from the Pacific Games around that time on Sunday afternoon. Perhaps someone at Football NZ did not realise that the U23 tournament is part of a wider event, and just took a wild leap of logic.
Hopefully Maori TV are going to show more games highlights packages, that may include at least some of the football?
A one hour highlights package screens at 2 pm today and every weekday (12.30 pm on Te Reo), 1pm Saturdays, 12.30 pm Sundays.

Why did they even took part of this? If Micronesia ever thought of becoming FIFA members this doesn't help at all
at a ratio of 42 / 75 it should be 50 at 90 minutes. How much additional time will there be?!

Don't refs add 30 seconds extra time for each goal? They must have declared; healthy first innings lead and all that. But seriously, aren't they meant to swap players at half time or play the defenders up front or keep taking players off until it gets competitive? I mean this tournament is all about 'participation', right?
