Is the Cavy keeper from this season hanging up the gloves?

Mosgiel can't be as good as it's cracked up to be on here.  Great team, great club, and good bunch of lads, yeah right now who was that from.

If a player is jumping clubs after one year in town what's he going to do when his new club doesn't perform.

I guess it's the chance of a trophy? We are also looking at bringing a couple of others from Mosgiel- namely Hamish Cotter

He'll be a good seconds player for them

I'll vouch all those things Scottie, best club in the town and I won't be convinced otherwise. Some people on here are a little too precious, get their knickers in a twist over a couple of banter filled Facebook posts and then come on here and offer the same sort of thing.

Is he going to commute each weekend from Christchurch? good luck getting him out of bed in time to catch that early morning flight.

Don't know if any of you took notice to Le Germons comment, but just so you know Hamish Cotter is moving to Christchurch next year to go to uni. So yeah might as well end all the speculation and ideas about who he'll replace blah blah blah cause he ain't going to Cavvy

Heard from a very good mate that Stuart Kelly could be heading back down for another stint!? any truth to this or just an attempt to get Canterbury to sign him?

SU should sign Stu immediately if there is a chance.  Just the sort of player they need.

Heard there was a few Mosgiel lads peacocking around in the weekend , someone took on Curwen and lost

Youth starts about a month earlier than seniors. But that squad can't be too far off

Prattley is locked in , he's also bringing down a team mate from his club , there is also a rumour Mike F has secured the services of another top line keeper to push Batty as ZG and Josh are just not up to it

Could just be in the squad and gaining experience from the likes of your Joy, Conner and Batty

They will struggle with 14 players for the year 

these are the players I think deserve a chance in the squad so obviously there will be other players

Cotter is heading to Christchurch, Fong is heading back to Wellington I believe. Whittaker will have to get in front of Dijkstra first one would think.
