Hi all, anyone on here know of any 2+ bedroom houses coming up for rent in greater Wellington soon? Preferably within walking distance of shops and transport links and under $450pw.
My wife and I are looking for a place with our 7 month old son and we are struggling to find somewhere. Our current place is too small and a bit too expensive now we are down to one income, and our lease runs out at the start of Feb. Unfortunately our landlord has gone overseas and isn't contactable for references until mid January. He knows we are leaving and gave us a really good written reference until he gets back but the Wellington rental market is so competitive I think people want to talk to someone. I've tried to get hold of our last landlord but he must have changed his number or something.
Anyway, posting on here on the off chance that a random forum user is looking for a tenant!
