ANNOUNCEMENT OF WAIMAK UNITED FC FOOTBALL DEVELOPMENT OFFICER: ADAM KEIZER
Waimak United are delighted to announce Adam Keizer as our new Football Development Officer, subject to being granted his NZ work visa.
The 35 year old has agreed to join Waimak United after recently moving to North Canterbury from the UK, having previously lived in Christchurch from 2008 to 2011. The former Coastal Spirit FC coach brings a wealth of experience to the role, having worked in football development and club management for over 10 years. On returning to the UK in 2011, Adam completed a Football Business and Finance degree at Burnley Football Club as well as working as Chief Executive for a semi pro UK football club. Recently Adam worked as the Head of Extracurricular Sports and Wellbeing at a large UK college and has extensive junior, youth and community coaching experience.
Adam will be responsible for all football development matters at the club including player development, coach development and a number of exciting new community football projects for our local region.
Adam is expected to start full time in the role from next month, subject to immigration clearance. On behalf of everyone at Waimak United we would like to welcome Adam to the club!
