New World Championship (CCL) Round 2 fixtures Friday 26 March 7pm Western vs. SAS - English Park Saturday 27 March Noon Burwood vs. Waimak - English Park 2.45pm Universities vs. FC Twenty11 - Ilam Fields Mid Canterbury vs. Parklands - Ashburton Domain
Your table just needs an adjustment in the Parklands win column... Is that right Benchwarmer? I didn't get my Facebook update this week so it can't be 4 from 4.
With Chatham Cup and English Cup scheduled for the ANZAC weekend what day do these games get played? Assuming Saturday is Chatham Cup and Monday English Cup so Saturdays MPL games can still go ahead?
Yes this is the case, does mean a full round of Championship action needs moving (why schedule it in the first place?)
However, for Burwood they will get the whole weekend off as their English Cup tie v Coastal won’t happen due to Coastal v Nelson rearranged game (logistically this would need to be the Monday and not a midweek game due to flights etc)
Thought that was the case. Just on Facebook, Tribe and Comet both fixtures had 26th. Dont know why they didnt leave the weekend blank for the league. Always good to have scheduling issues one third of the way into the season.
Here is the current Nelson Division 1 Table after Rangers defeated the Nelson Suburbs Development side last evening 5 - 0.
There are previsions if the winner of the league indicated they wished to seek promotion (had to be done prior to the start of this season) to the ten team Southern League for the 2022, for a play-off between the second placed team from the Southern Conference Qualifying League aka Bottom Three (MPL) / Top Three (CCL) play-off.
No updated Nelson Division 1 table this week after rain saw all football postponed.
I can't work out what your previous statement means:

Does that mean teams HAVE indicated they want to contest it? Or we won't know until they have their winner and then they will announce if they have or haven't.
Sorry should have read if clubs had indicated that they wished to contest the 'play-offs' before this season started, same requirement as previous seasons.

Ok, so have any of those said they were interested do you know?
