Fred Woodcock has written up a full two page spread on the Phoenix
this morning. Well worth the read. Farifax and Fred are really
producing the goods when it comes to football writing in the
mainstream rags at the moment.
I'm not sure if he ever checks this site, but if he does -
brilliant work mate.
The spread is neither a cynical whinge (as one would expect
from a footballphobe), or an unqualified ass likcing (as TVNZ give
to America's Cup reporting). There's good balance in there Woodcock
has taken time to add both positive and cautious feedback into the
article. And fairfax have taken time to add come nice images/
graphics to the spread too.
All in all, a great effort.

I found the feedback from peopple after the article was great. Alot more people are starting to talk about the phoenix, and its mostlyl positive from what im hearing.
