Well it looks like a good idea at this stage.
im looking forward to a few more of those screamers he's scored at
trainings.....preferably against sydney fc
I'd settle for three tap ins against Sydney
1) virtually assures the Phoenix of vital cultural & communal support for each individual player as they settle into life in a new country.
2) gives the Phoenix a refreshing point of difference in a burgeoning & increasingly competitive A-League copetition that NZ teams have hitherto floundered in.
3) creates a tremendous opportunity for NZ football to learn a new STYLE of play at first hand from these Brazilians (the All Blacks of the beautiful game) that can only enrich our own soccer culture & outlook further.
4) strengthens the goal-scoring potential of this team to an exciting level ..... something the Kingz & Knights failed to explore successfully in years past.
...........& could even in time prove a masterstroke! ......certainly one I intend to observe closely & am excited about!
Cheers,
Baz
I think the signings of FOUR Brazilians is a wise move by Ricki
Herbert from four angles as it........
So now we are approaching last game of pre-season at least Daniel & Cleberson have displayed their class in these games. For those who have been fortunate enough to see trainings I'm told that Felipe could be as good which looks likely to be a 75% strike ....but what about George? ....further comments now?

It's awesome how we signed Daniel for 2. He, to me, looks the most
promising out of the lot.
It looks good for your team.

See our take on it in the article in the features section on the
front page...vindo no fenix!

Tap ins are better than screamers

i settle for any goals really considering the lack weve seen from
the knights last season
