Fever Card confusion

OK, so I recently received my "Fever Card" in the post, but got a bit confused when I had a look at it. As far as I'm aware, the "Fever Card" is just the header of the letter which says "Fever Card"! But the letter clearly says that the card is "enclosed"... I'm thinking maybe mine wasn't included in the envelope? I dunno. Has anyone else got one of these cards?

Oh, and are those Retro Ricki t-shirts being sold at The Phoenix Store? And how much? I know you can buy them from the Champs website, but I don't want to pay the delivery
