Dragons are killing us with the offloads, 13-2. Gonna need a heck of a 2nd half to come back here.

Wellington's got loads, none in the NRL though.
You know what I meant!
Yes. Yes I did.
looks like Monday night might not have been a fluke, Sharks looking very good against Penrith atm
Warriors play the Sharks next weekend in Taupo, gonna be a tough game.
Could be 0-4 :)
Wow this is average.
When I compare the 2 teams backlines. I would much prefer the dragons. They are hugely better then us.

well that was a very uninspiring half of footy from the warrioirs
And I really can't see where things are going to improve

yea thats the worrying thing
try 19-2
I got the figure off the NRL live scoring website, but 19-2 doesnt surprise me
Is it me or have we seem to have lost our mongrel
wooden spoon here we come
Horrendous display
Well, that wasn't the best time I've ever had at Mt Smart Stadium.
I think Mr Cleary's jacket is hanging on a very shaky nail. Look totally flat and devoid of ideas and I'm not convinced it's all down to the players.
To start with I'd have the Fish to full back, Hohaia to the bench and Heremaia to the Vulcans! Ta'ai has to come into the mix as well for next week's game. The way the Sharks have been going over the last couple of weeks, they'll destroy us next week. Was thinking of driving down to Taupo for the game, but not after today's effort.

Doggies 3 from 3... Niiice.
Ropati out for season
Sigh. Yet more bad news.
Please do not play Mannering in the centers

Inu to the centres, and Fisiiahi on the wing I assume. I would like to see Brown given a go in the centres.

...or will Uncle Ivan be daring and give Elijah Taylor the nod at centre. Good player that boy.

Jesus, wholesale is a word for it. Bill Tupou, really? Patrick Ah Van version 2 if you ask me.
I would have dropped Packer aswell, thought the pack had a lot more punch when Lillyman and Matulino were on the park.
I think Tupou's alright. As you say, he's a bit like Blinky Ah Van, solid rather than spectacular.
Yeah, Packer was ordinary last weekend. Glad to see Ukuma Ta'ai back in.
How has Mara been going for the Vulcans? Thought he was good last year so looking forward to seeing how he goes Sunday.
Got a van load of 10 going up for it so hoping the trip is worth it.
Wow Wow and Wow.

I don't know why I bother sometimes!
Grrr Mannering in the middle
Again, I don't have that much of an issue with Mannering in the centres. Mannering goes reasonably well at centre and Inu's pre-season performances at centre didn't impress me at all and he looks far better on the wing.
Also, I think Mannering and Luck are fairly similar players, solid but not really going to do anything going forward to hurt the opposition. Playing him at centre allows us a back row which is far more dangerous looking with Ta'ai and Sharky in there.
Will be an interesting afternoon, I think.
I agree with your points there Jag, But I do feel that he does not offer a lot out wide in the centers.
But I guess we don't have a lot of options available to us
But I guess we don't have a lot of options available to us
Ha Ha. He's the captain, got to find a spot for him somewhere!
Don't rate Tupou at all. Feel for lance, think his dropping has come a bit quick. Diasppointed with Moon's form, and Seymour can't complain. Not liking the totally new centre-pairing though. Also, more of Mara please!
Should be an interesting game today. Hope we can get up, But who knows how we will play today.
