Why is the Team Wellington game in round 6 down as Dec 23 instead of Dec 9? Is that a typo on the TW page or is there a reason?

Could it be something to do with Waitakeres O league commitments?

Quite likely Sanday, they are usually in that timeframe.

Yep that's it. Apparently Waitakere are playing in that on Dec 7 against the J League winner.

In season 1 we were told by TW management that they wanted to play most their games on the same day of the week at the same time as it was best for the fans.

The 6pm Friday kick-offs in season one meant I never got to a single game. The Sunday afternoons of season 2 meant I got to all games except one. The Saturday evenings of season 3 meant that I missed quite a few - especially in December - and missed the first half of several games as the Summer League I play in runs on Saturdays. With these kick-offs, I'm reasonably pleased. There's two fixtures I will have to wait on, but I will make the rest.

TW have a big challenge in working around Athletics at Newtown Park...they don't have control over the venue so cant dictate when games are played
