Sky TV are Idiots!
/start rant
I was just checking the Sky TV website to find out what
champions league games are being covered on sky this week, and came
across them listing wed 7:30am Man U Vs Barcelona @ old Trafford,
and straight after this VFB Stuttgart vs Barcelona. I though i
would call them to let them know about there mistake as that could
prove annoying for people who wouldn't know better expecting to see
the Man U - Barca game -(Man U actually are playing Roma).
Anyway, i finally get through (after looking up there customer
help number on www.whitepages.co.nz . They
dont list it anywhere on their website) and ask the woman to check
and see what time the games are actually on as Ive noticed the
mistake on their on-line guide. she says "OK, ill go check, can you
hold the line" 10 minutes passes before i hear someone on the line
again and she says ESPN haven't listed what games are actually on
yet, but the Man U vs Barca game is definitely on, and thats from
there programming department. While waiting i checked www.soccernet.com and www.uefa.com just to make sure I'm not
being an idiot, and i inform her that i have checked these two
sources, and is she sure that ManU vs Barca is on. Yep, programming
are %100 sure this game is on. i tell about the 2 websites i
checked and told her that I'm about to email Man u to let them in
on the change to their schedule. she didn't seem to get the
sarcasm, and thanked me for my feedback.
