mariners at home
So why the same defensive line up when we have conceded more goals
than anyone in the league. Plus, teams seem to ghost through
the midfield unchallenged - and having one up front means crosses
going in with no one to meet them, as happened all afternoon on
Sunday. Plus our goalie seems afraid of leaving his goal
line. They play with heart and they excite us every time at
home but ball watching, poor decision making and hesitancy r gonna
leave us no better off than the Knights. And Daniel
man. You're not in the back garden - dummying your team mates
and backward flicks in your own half, when he seems afraid of
taking anyone on up front, is just getting ridiculous. But,
every home game is a festival man, and we all act as though we've
won the league every time. In the team, and in the pubs and
the ground "we've got the best spirit in the league". Big respect
to the 3 Mariners fans at the Backbencher though. Brave and
great sports. Phoenix!
