His first season, and it was more a half after he came back during the season. Best player in the league for that period though. He was okay in V2 as well, but then he was tied up in the Petersen/SKY shambles. He was last seen in regional leagues in Spain somewhere.
Jason Batty - Was coaching at Dartmouth college, but he's not listed there now.
David Mulligan - Port Vale
Gavin Wilkinson - Coach of the Portland Timbers
Chris Zoricich - Retired, but still in the UK ?
Gerard Davis - Last seen at Waitak but perpetually injured.
Glen Collins - Canterbury United, although I don't think I've seen him this season.
Lee Jones - Retired (great man)
Ivan Vicelich - Waalwijk
Noah Hickey - Retired
Chris Jackson - Regional Aus last I heard, so pretty much retired.
Aaron Lines - Richmond (for now)
Brent Fisher - Sweden somewhere
Vaughan Coveny - We're not worthy, we're not worthy.
All Whites, Ferns, and other international teams
All Whites (plus 'K' clubs) where are they now ?

So, he'll be enjoying US1 Premier Action then now ?

Mike Peterson, Sky Appointed coach in V3 who ran out on the club dumping us with a stack of overpaid, under-performing Australians despite the fact that anyone with any knowledge knew he had previously run out on three clubs as a player or a coach.

We had an inkling things were wrong when we lost to Perth at home 7-2.
Three for me, and two for them.

Oh yeah thats right. The guy from South Melborne. His attitude was that he wasn't changing his attacking style so best to leave. I didn't realise that SKY apppointed him coach.
Didn't he leave after 3 rounds or something?
The memories come flooding back. I think I'm going to be sick

He lasted 4 games. Then Shane Rufer took over for two matches (a draw and a win) and then Sky threw Fallon at the problem... we can all guess how that went.
Sky bought the club towards the end of the season before, then dumped it once the new board that was all about Rugby took over. Basically totalled it and then said if someone else doesn't take it we're closing it down.
Interestingly the Kingz didn't finish last the following season, there were two sides below them. Normal service was resumed in the final year of the NSL though.

No need to guess, i experienced it all first hand
EDIT: On a quick side note, was the Boutsianis winner against us the most predictable goal of all time?

Its interesting searching back through some articles of the Kingz. Tim 'the gasman' Stevens.... Mark Beldham (give me a break). I would love to get every single name that played for the Kingz and do a 'where are you now' game.

Yes... and the jumping up and down in the middle of the pitch giving us two fingers afterwards.
If the NSL had any balls he shouldn't have been playing, instead the Kingz lost money to him despite him walking, because the NSL were spineless when confronted with the PFA and couldn't afford the legal fight.
Thieving c**t.

PM me tomorrow... I have an Excel sheet (or acquaintances do), might have the Knights in it as well. From memory it has everyone who had a deal with them, even if they didn't play, like Vas Kalogeracos and Con.

woah, that's some list
88 players in five seasons
so, if they started with a squad of 23, they could replace 16 of the squad for each of the next four seasons and still have a player 'spare' (and this assumes that none of the players were signed for two spells)
i wonder who was in charge of oiling the revolving door?
Whats even more disturbing is that 47 played for the Knights over 2 seasons. Thats changing a full squad for the 2nd year and you still have 1 player spare. Disturbing....
HN you missed Campbell Banks and Hamza Mohammadfor the Knights.
Three for me, and two for them.

Cheers Buffy.
Russ the Muss has the full list but he's overseas for a month so I had to go back to one before the last season and update it.

I remember interviewing Fallon for work back then and asking him if they were going to offer players contracts longer than a year so we didn't have to completely rebuild every season and lose some of our better players for nothing. He gave me some bullsh*t about players getting lazy on 2 year contracts and that it was done to keep them hungry.

yeh doesn't that bloke owe us a thing or two...like say Astle, McMillan etc etc....who might still be playing without the inspiring player management that sees us with Taylor and How as our senior batsmen going into a 3 test series with England.
aghh...won't post anything more about cricket...the word cricket should have the I want to be banned I want to be banned treatment...edit : heh i meant the B o b o B a l d e treatment as described above...
