NZ as a rank outsider and either worst or second worst ranked team at the 2010 WC (I can't remember which) managed a draw against the defending champions. What's the closest a country like Romania, Russia, Georgia, etc has got to beating one of the big boys at the RWC?
However this now difressed from the original thread but then if someone hadn't questioned me, perhaps it would not have been sidetracked. Job well done by one person.
Not sure about winning there group but Romania has gone backwards since the early 1990s. Most of the Romanian lads I've met here in the UK really don't know shite about rugby.
