Just painful because this team really struggles to create chances and score, and we blew a brilliant chance to do so

An outstanding half in my opinion. So much quality in this team. 
It's a shame we aren't at least one goal go the good and I'm sorry to say, with the incoming changes, I'm not sure we'll be as dominant in the second half.
Love the way Rufer and Stamenic are working together. Barbarouses doesn't get a lot of ball but he's been a real pest up top. To me that's a second penalty on him, there is contact just before the ball hits the arm.
Let's see how we go. We really want to win this, we don't get enough games or goals against non OFC opposition...Time to stand up and be counted.

Decent half from us. Defense has been pretty good apart from one worrying lapse in and the guy was through in behind, better players would have scored. Unlucky penalty saved - Tunisia clearly did their homework going by that clip of the goalie getting video footage of likely Singh's previous penalites (great camerawork)? Again we are missing the killer instinct with our players favouring a pass into goal, instead of shooting. But Kosta looks good. Singh and Garbett look tired. But would still prefer to have them on for a bit longer. Not sure if Garbetts being played in his best position/role. Rufer has been great.

Just the idea that we should play our form players in their best positions seems revolutionary. How would Rufer and Stamenic have done against Egypt?

I’ll take it a step further. Smith not starting in the A league v Bindon getting accolades at CB for a team on a hot streak. Instead we see Bindon hanging around outside the box on the line on attack. Shouldn’t be there.
