Anyone else watch the press conference? AV asked Baze a question about Bell, Marko and Thomas playing together and the way he answered made it sound like he hadn't thought very much about the prospect, saying they might need to figure out how to play them all together. So I'm not expecting to see all 3 from the start, as much as I'd like to. 

sounds like bell might be given a few minutes but ultimately rested for his return to Viking.

Front six, you may not be far off. Apparently Bell had a muscle twinge before the Poland game, but trained yesterday in Oslo.

I also expect FDV and Payne to start again - if enough subs are allowed they should both be rested in the second half though.
Not sure about our goal prospects, after the relatively mild quality of finishing against Poland. Norway are way better team than Poland right now, and not just in the attack.

I want to see Old & Wood in for Garbett & Waine and leave the rest of the team unchanged, if Bell isn't fit enough to start.
