Which AWs team is turning up - the good one or the shark one?

Any changes?

Tuiloma finally to start, or will Hudson reward the team for their performance. I'd like to see Themi start for Durante at least.

I really hope Ronaldo plays a part in the game.

They've got to sort out the right wing-back spot - neither Colvey nor Ingham have looked up to it.

You'd think Roux would be worth a go? Much more experienced than Ingham who no doubt has good potential but should only be given five minutes at the end of games at the moment considering the way his inexperience was exposed against Mexico.

Starting XI:

                  Marinovic

       Boxall   Durante   Smith

Ingham                            Doyle

        McGlinchey   Thomas

                    Lewis

             Wood     Rojas

So Ingham, who was totally outplayed in the Mexico game, is starting again against the toughest opponet. Just great

Dane Ingham, a player with just three aleague caps, about to defend against Cristiano Ronaldo. This is gonna end well.

Why has Themi been left out again?

Themi is most likely match fitness.

I feel like this could destroy Ingham's confidence for good. A bit crazy. Is it just Hudson trying to prove everyone wrong? Perhaps Roux has a niggle we don't know about?

I'd rather put Themi in and Boxall on the right personally. I reckon Boxall would just shoulder charge Ronaldo.

This

Its Hudsons call i guess to play Ingham...maybe Roux is not match fit because I don't think he has played this tour????

Ingham has pace and is a good athlete but defending is just as much about positioning anticipation and timing as anything else. Boxall could have done OK out there because he is not slow and has done it before. Hopefully Hudson will work out a plan so that Ingham won't get isolated one on one too many times.

But the poor kid must be a bundle of nerves.....not only will he have Ronaldho coming at him but the rest of the Portuguese attack are no slouches.....Nani, Bernado Silva etc are lightening fast. Portugal will target his side for sure.

Nice buildup to this game.....which NZ team will show up?

Surprisingly quiet here. We've been phenomenal first 15 mins considering our opposition, you're definitely missing out if you're not up ;)

Yeah, Doyle's been great so far! Solid in defense and attack, caught a defender out with a cheeky nutmeg

Ryan Thomas having a stunner this tournament. Wouldn't be surprised to see him poached by a bigger club, Ajax were sniffing around two seasons ago
