Exactly, the game is behind closed doors as Ricki tries his final combinations and formation, we don't want anyone to see it before the WC kicks off. We won't even get to hear a final score.

Although it would be funny to spread a rumour that NZ lost by a believable 6 goals in a failed training match to throw the Paraguay team off. (Paraguay lost the recent friendly match against Chile 2-1, and the WCQ matches lost 0-2 (2009) won 0-3 (2007) (NZ lost to Chile 4-1 and 1-0 in 2006.)

Must have been asked a million times, but seeing as there is coverage in Aus will there be coverage of these games in NZ?

Confirmed: Sky in NZ has All Whites v Serbia: 3am Sunday 30th May (Sky Sport 1)
and All Whites v Slovenia: 6.30am Saturday 5th June (ESPN are broadcasting this one I think)
(v Chile in SA is just a training game & won't be broadcast.)

Also check out form of our opponents Paraguay in a friendly in Dublin live Wednesday morning:
Ireland v Paraguay: 6.30am Wednesday 26th ESPN

SERBIA SQUAD:
NZ on the weekend will be facing a strong Serb team, but maybe without the attacking flair of past sides. Strength is in their defence:
Ivanovic (Chelsea), Vidic (Man Utd), the rest of the defence entirely plays in the top Italian, Spanish and German leagues.
Midfield: only household name is Stankovic (Inter Milan), though the rest play mostly in Germany and Russia.
Forwards: Biggest names are Zigic (Valencia) and Pantelic (Ajax Amsterdam)

Full list of Serb squad of 24 (one more to be omitted) announced a few days ago at:
Some big names have been dropped. Coach Raddy Antic played for Luton Town in the '80s and is the only man to have coached both Real Madrid and Barcelona (& Athletico Madrid).

Nicola Zigic of Serbia has just signed for Birmingham for and estimated 6M pounds. He's had a rough time of it at Valencia but at a slighly lower level has always scored goals.
He's also 6'8" tall, bigger than Crouch, so unfortunately there is only Andy Boyens of the defenders who could realistically come close to competing with him in the air (based on height stats alone).
Nix, Leyton Orient and Alloa Athletic supporting schmuck.

Zigic is overrated.

Their main threat comes down the flanks from Krasic and Jovanovic.
