Irks me something dreadful that New Zealand don't have a game in Christchurch.  Unless of course we make the semi-finals.  Much chance of that?

The NZ game is a given but is anyone going to the England v Brazil game? Malky2008-10-22 11:29:01

I think you will find that common sense has prevailed and these two games have been swapped around and the NZ game is now at 7pm.

Gee I never thought the QF games being on the same day as the electrons, it sort of disturbs the flow of the day a bit.

Especially when I see only the Progressive Party has a sport policy as one of their mainstay policy and no other party has any on their websites, except maybe bill and ben party (but i haven't looked but naturally assume about them).

BTW how did the Promotional Match go talentscout?

Anyway, it looks interesting

Team Wellington won 11 (or 14) nil.  Bit of a farce sadly.

Also the weather killed them and there was nobody watching.

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.

It was a great experience, the boys love the exposure at that level and lost 10 goals to 1.

I admier the level of TW fitness. The African Team had a lovely time and appreciate the gametime.

I hope to get the team more gametime at that level. Note we played YoungHeart Manawatu a week earlier and lost 7 goals to Nil.

14 1 was the score. Total waste of time for TW.

Fact.  Should be a good game.  Was getting some decent cover on RadioSport this AM.

Remember to get into the Backbencher or the Thistle beforehand - you might get a good deal on a ticket...

Germany will be in one of them.

The top two teams from Groups A and B.

Denmark, Canada, Colombia, NZ (well, NZ are out)

Germany, North Korea, Ghana, Costa Rica (Germany are definitely though, and Costa Rica are out)
