I'd put Fulch up top. He scored a goal in Cap Prem when we had to play him up front (he is a keeper)

No Dan Keat.   wouldn't it be better having him in the team (a professional) than Clapham who isn't?

Henderson?

We are not lacking talent at the moment in the striking / AM role and have a couple promising youngsters in the u20's who are probaly more deserving than a guy who has spent the best part of a year on a rehab table without kicking a ball.

A couple years ago when we lacked depth across the park i could perhaps understand this sort of call up, but not now.

Henderson plays AM - take Chris James instead. Shocking selection, laughable really.

Clapham selected again ZZZzz. Henderson is a midfielder maybe the media got it wrong.

I agree with that.  We already know what Clapaham can bring but for sure Keat, if he avoids injuries, he might have a good future with the AW's

Do we really know what he can bring? I've never seen him play for more than a couple of minutes. I hope that Ricki does experiment a little bit more, then I would feel more confident in making statements like this.

Im sure RIcki knows how he plays, Clapham has been on a lot of courses with him. He is sh*t, lets end that debate now.

Cos why cant he pick up an A league contract...

Is that you Winton?

Fairly predictable squad IMO. rickie has picked Henderson before and he has missed out on playing for various reasons....so this is an ideal opportunity to see how he fits into the AW's setup.

Against Mexico ironically too. Maybe he's the perfect player to counter them?

Interesting the "non-travelling reserves." Kris Bright in there, so Ricki obviously still rates him.

No Chicharito or Carlos Vela this time around. Dos Santos is dangerous but nice to see those two wont be playing especially with Nelsen out again.

Damn. Wonder who will fill that vacancy then? Fitzgerald? Is Clapham any good in that type of role?

Neither is in the squad.  Could be Brockie or even Rojas if he wants to really experiment.

Mulligan!

Rowe is at least in the non-travelling reserve.  Unlike Hogg.

Mulligan seems to be a bit of a liability defensively though. At least he was in the confederations cup...

Holy crap you guys, Jon McKain is going to playing against us. Can Ricki get a word in to grovel for him to come back to the Nix?

Erm, there's a reason it isn't the first choice that has been selected for these June games (i.e. nothing's at stake, except for dumb braggin by some interne geeks, that wouldn't say it to anyone else in real life).

Get a grip.
