So I'm going to Nelsen's talk at the Deloitte Lounge and I just realized I have no idea how to get there. It's inside AMI Stadium, I know, but where do you enter and how do you find the lounge? It better be clearly marked with people directing you as I'd never heard of it before I got my ticket.

And join Stuff on Tuesday at 3:30pm for another reader interview with Ryan Nelsen

I'm also going to the Westpac Life Flight helicopter thing tonight to see Sigmund and Broon show us their life saving and helicopter flying skills (well it didn't say that on the ticket I'm just guessing)

The answer to life's problems are rarely found at the bottom of a beer glass - but it's always worth a look.

Had his book signing at Borders today in Christchurch. It was even on the News (TV3 and one). Turn out was kind of poor I thought, only about 50 people , well when I was there.

Just been to Ryan's Christchurch gig. Top night, top bloke. He gave a really interesting insight into the Premiership, and his experience of the Bahrain games. we are lucky to have him.

Over 50 people at the signing in Borders, and the talk at the Deloitte Lounge was really good. Fully agree with the above post.
Yeah have to agree too, even though I only had a quick quip with him, top bloke.

Is it 5pm or 7pm? On the front page it says 1700 (5pm) though here it says 7pm.
Asking as I told a friend about it and he was keen to go but didn't finish work til 5 and as he thought it began at 5 he figured he couldn't go.

yeah was good. Nelsen spoke a lot so didnt need to listen to our mate Thompson. Spoke with honesty. From memory he said
- back in the 04 era the NZ set-up was a shambles (Mick Waitt was sitting in front of me)
-Shocker how Dunc missed out on WC
-Kept mentioingn Allardyce and back-handers
-Ken asked him to coach the Utd wimmins 2nd team
-Some dude said he must earn heaps so does he want to buy him a beer after

And he said he wasn't interested in starting up a Cantab A-League club if it meant he'd end up owing the council money.
