New All Whites Strip

I see that Nike has released it's new team strips for the 08/09/10 international seasons for the sides that it sponsors, including Australia.  In general the kits are a bit disappointing in my view, fairly bland and not much of an update on the template used for the last two years.  But has anyone seen/heard anything about a new All Whites strip.  In fact, are we still sponsored by Nike?  I know that the package wasn't particularly lucrative and NZF were looking round for something else a few months ago.

Anyone got any info?

All-Whites should try out Canterbury. NZ brand after all!

An All-whites shirt looking something like this would be great: http://soccerlens.com/wp-content/uploads/2007/08/prd_maxzoom_37373.jpg

I agree Phil. It would certainly be a whole lot better than the current one, and for the next one if they adhere to the template pictured above.

Having the Canterbury logo on the AW's short would be awesome.

Sorry, find it a bit funny that people are moaning about bland kits. They are called the ALL WHITES, after all. What exactly do we expect from the new kit?

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

Wouldn't hurt to have a flash of black or maybe blue, seeing that appears to be the away uniform, in the strip would it??

No. The simpler the better.

I think an all white strip would look pretty classy.

The Adidas kit from about 10 years back is the best kit we've ever had - that said the Nike deal is about more than the kit

Yeah, I think you guys are forgetting Nike was chosen cause of the money aspect, rather than loyalty.
Personally Canterbury shirts look too much like Rugby jerseys D:

No-one's answered my question though, anyone have any info about a new kit?

And that Canterbury Kingzzzzzzz kit was one of the worst seen in professional football, as are those pompey efforts.

Can't imagine, no disrespect, that the All Whites are a team that major kit manufacturers will be fighting over to sponsor.

Maybe Reebok will come to the party

most national side kits and club kits will change now that FIFA insist the back of all the shirts have to have a monochromatic panel for the players name & number

The rule has been in place for at least 12 months, all the shirts affected have already been accommodated to suit it (check the backs of the shirts of Inter, AC Milan, Newcastle, etc).

Never.

But it's a much nicer and simpler design than the horrid shirts from 1998 and 2002.

I think the Croatia strip is pretty sweet. I saw them at France 98 a couple of times and their fans kit themselves out + flags etc - looks pretty sweet.

Don't really mind Slovaks, I remember meeting a Slovakian girl a couple of years back and she was HOT. I in fact have a Slovakian shirt too.

If there are any Serbs around, now that could be trouble...
