Just wondering if this will be covered? Let me guess just on sky?
The perfect response would be:
"No not on sky, all games are free to air on TVNZ Sport extra on freeview"

Someone should have mentioned Ritchie McCaw was going to be in the stand watching and the TVNZ would show the game "live".
Proud to have attended the first 175 Consecutive "Home" Wellington Phoenix "A League" Games !!

Except Sky have the primary rights and show it live so they are unlikely to let TVNZ take viewers from them.

What's the point in even showing it at all? Everyone (who has a job) will be fast asleep by then on a Wednesday. Typical TVNZ.

LG's not that far away from the truth... Why is that in a competitive era TVNZ lets themselves be outbid for the coverage? TVNZ is NZ's NATIONAL television channel. It has allowed the BIGGEST sporting event in NZ this year to go relatively unnoticed.
I was fascinated by the way they carried an item on the tournament in their 6pm news last week. Instead of a celebratory tone "we have this tournament here, on our doorstep now" it carried a disparaging tone.
I think they've missed an opportunity. Unless the coverage fee was huge I think they've made a poor decision.
If anyone understands the process used I'm sure it would be worth posting here.

Profile pic. Should you be interested. Lakhsen, on the right, lost touch with him.
Mohammed, on the left, I'm still in touch with. He's now living in Agadez, Niger. More focused on his animals now as tourism has dried up. Is active with a co-op promoting local goods, leather work and bijouterie, into Europe.
