With all the focus in Wgton this wknd, little thought has been given to the hi-flying Canty Utd team who will pounce on those easybeats Wgton at English Park.

Bring it on!

I doubt it...highly...but right now I'm torn between hoping Welly do well or not...I'm getting sick of Auckland winning the damn thing but want YH to win it... so a draw in Christchurch would do nicely joegallagher2007-11-27 20:59:39

Point well made, just who are the easy beats of the league at the moment??? Otago and Canterbury sheep shaggers! shows where the strength of NZ football lies.

Lets not 'pre-judge' cos 'it's a game of two halves' and 'on the day' it's 'eleven against eleven'. TW win and I am 'over the moon', lose and I'll be 'sick as a parrot'. It's ' a shame one team has to lose'.
Profile pic. Should you be interested. Lakhsen, on the right, lost touch with him.
Mohammed, on the left, I'm still in touch with. He's now living in Agadez, Niger. More focused on his animals now as tourism has dried up. Is active with a co-op promoting local goods, leather work and bijouterie, into Europe.

Yeah, its definitely going to be one of those games where the team who scores the most goals wins i'm guessing.

Twas a bit of a wind up for those a little too simple to spot it.

Game wasn't much of an affair.  Lotsa crazy tackles and I reckon about a dozen yellow cards.  Not many in the crowd, was as previosuly mentioned a crappy scrappy game.

Yes Wgton top of the league however didn't look hot today.  Specially this chunky left back with a huge arse, had a shocker and caught a few barbs from the sideline...
