You should have got in with the Fever early doors and you'd have got up there for 271 including transport to and from the airport at each end, breakfast and free match entry (we hope).

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.

You guys need to talk to Dawkins and ask him for free entry. If you get free entry let the rest of us know so we can wear yellow shirts and get in for free :)Marama2008-04-15 16:45:04

If you lend her a shirt, beware you might lose it - she's planning on streaking.

I've just found out that I will be without a car on Sunday . Borrowing one isn't an option (stealing one might be!) and getting from Pukekohe to Waitakere by public transport is a big enough mission during the week, and on a Sunday it's virtually impossible.  I'm reffing a wimmin's game at 11 which also doesn't help.

However, I'm working on various emergency strategies. Wish me luck

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

I've been planning on taking the train from Papakura to Henderson, via Britomart...should I be worried?

Nope, not at all. Papkura to Waitakare is fine. Just that all life stops at Papakura on a Sunday and Pukekohe is not exactly snowed under with trains and/or buses to anywhere on Sundays. Serves me right for chosing to live in an unspoilt, peaceful little village, I s'pose!

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

I can get you a lift from the airport... you just have to swim the Manukau to get there.

I'd have to spend a month in Middlemore if I did that

Middlemore is at least closer to Douglas Field, and the rail goes past the front door.  You should consider it.

yeh, heard "Oh Wellington" - the woody and G version

and what sounded like "stu Jacob's yellow army"

saw Robb W at the  end and a bloke that I thought was Salmon - but can't be coz he was posting this afternoon - looked like quite a good number - good on you for out chanting the Waitax (one chant would have sown that up!)

we did Stuie Jacobs Wellie Army for about ten minutes with Ginger Eijit loosing his voice. crack up.

We had the megaphone taken off us - and for his troubles he got a "Who are ya", and "Same Old Westies, Always Stealing"
