I have run out of patience (and money) with them
why the hell was the original draw changed so extensively?
what was the problem with the original flights booked for 1st 2 rounds of original draw?

Well instead of racing back from the northern Auckland region on JAN 11 for a spot of JAFA bashing at the Island @ 2 oclock, it now appears I can take my time and 'breakdown' around Sunnyvale(can't spell the town) and support the BAY vs Waikato.
Now lets see what the latest NZFC offering is tonight.

Will Cam Parkin be fit by the time the season rolls around?  I heard he shattered his knee cap doing a staple into a swimming pool? Any truth?

Yea i heard the same...Afet the Chathum cup final i think?I hear his knee is coming along nicely,This Parkin must be some player with the raps he's getting on these forums!!!I heard hes a solid left back back thats about it?Alot of long balls from the back and ok in the air but other than that not much...

thetruth never lies

i hear he will be touch and go for the start of the season. yea thanks to otago united he was forced into long balls but thats out of his system now. im more worried bout the fitness of mckenzie for TW as  i har it a few too many sunny days at gardies have left him out of fitness

Thats nice to hear because Dunedin Tech played a similar style to Otago in my opinion so maybe Hawksbay will be a good side for him and from what i have senn young pratley will do a better job back there anyway..Yea Mckenzie for me was the let down of the SPL just didnt seem to be able to get in2 games he was either trying to start we fights with oposition players getting sent off or jsut looking like he thought he should be in a better league but i wasnt so sure from they way i saw him play!

And the next set of rumours that will be a FINAL FINAL FINAL draw coming out three days before the start of the NZFC with guest teams from Stewart Island, Chatham Islands, Tokelau and Ross Dependency to make up the numbers. . .

Sunday arvo apres game...Waitaks CEO very unsure of games for this weekend..and so Id say were most of the crowd...a great day/ brilliant venue and truly crap crowd numbers...

NZF should be proud ...tho I did notice no great desire from either team to drop their standards of play...Im sure NZF can pass some form of new requirement  to ensure we all meet the brave new standards necessary...perhaps some form of mascot /costume on designated players?
Deep sea diver boots on mid fielders ?
Team members not to exceed  a certain  total of IQ points?
All ideas welcome...

Feck this, I've also had enough. The NZFC has descended into farce. Half-arsed clubs, clueless morons running them trying to drag down the two clubs who actually have tried to take the New Zealand game beyond the Sunday pub league that is the standard it is now. I love my football, I've been trying to support the local game in this country for 36 years. I am only going to three more games this season, (the only ones with any cred ACFC v Waitak)  and they may be my last.

i'm finding it hard not to agree with that rant

auckland and waitak have made a good fist of things and worked hard to give the league credibility and improve it's playing standard.

yes, they have access to beter playing resources.  yes, they have benefitted in a lop-sided manner from WCC prize money; but they are doing what they are supposed to and making the league better.

with no fear of relegation, some of the franchises have dragged the league down and have directly contributed to the reduction of the season proper to a laughbale 14 games.

NZF are hardly helping either; they can't even give us a draw or issue press releases a week out from commencement.

personally, i'm giving everyone a year to get things right

No, but last week HappyTed had flights booked to Wellington for the second round, and they could hardly confirm the draw knowing that.

I can only see the new first round on the front page of the NZFC site. When you click to see the fixtures, the original draw is presented

The current draw is pretty much the original draw.  Think it is correct.

I just want to know whom New Zealands most exciting footballer is playing for. Didn't see Sams name on any teams sheet and being as good as he is, surely he'd be a starter.

C'mon Feedback, you seem to have the inside word. Tell us where he's going to be so I can stop holding my breath.
