From what I was told and can remember

D Hall, Sam Peters, Mike Wilson, Raf, George B, Steven Gully, Migeul, Bryce ?, sorry cant remeber rest. Barron and Birch still out injuried. They need 2 centre backs (get in there Chopper) and a striker by the sounds of it.

TW friendly Saturday:

Spotted in TW shirts - Banners, Dylan, Phil Imray, Eager, Miguel, Gulley, a Chote (I can't remember the first names, sorry), Wee-Georgie, Mike WIlson, Wiremu, Raf, Daniel Ellensohn, the aforementioned Tommy Smith, a triallist from Christchurch.

Lurking (in a near the squad way, as opposed to a bitter at non-inclusion way - I'm looking at you Jones) Barron, Birch, Farrington, Peters.

Opposition:
The same 3 keepers, Harahap, Hedge, Cleberson, Batty, Butterfield, Si George, Rupert Ryan, Costa, Brownlie, Elrich... one other...

So basically, nothing ground breaking.  I think they need more, the goals have to come from somewhere!

I've heard some names that weren't there so maybe they were just using it as a bit of a trial for some they are looking at.

Is this the same Tommy Smith that "the_god" raves about - well he must have been on the good oil then....

He was trialling, pretty unimpressively from what I've heard.

i've heard he wasn't too bad, but clearly not as good as 'the_god' made him out to be!

Well the_god is a prophet then.  He said he would come, and he did.

Can't wait to see him.

Squads have to be named next Tuesday, they are still trialling options.

Lost 1-0 to Manawatu 1-0 last night.  Covered in another thread.
