Awesome result for the Youth boys today. 1nil at Welly. 2nd in the Southern Conf. 3 clear of Welly and 5 clear of Nelson who both have games in hand.

well done youth team! maybe ou should lend joel back and have another senior player play for them as they have a chance of making the final! my choice would be victor!

Also they were without captain Geordie Mansford who started in invercargill which is a bloody good effort.

Caught a glimpse of G.I training last week and the boys are training really well. Can't think of any team that will be able to match them this season. The cavvy train is coming off it's tracks, No Joy no Tech? more like No Burgy No tech and Roslyn will be too busy rating themselves to realise the season has kicked off. Onward and upward for us boys and theres nothing you lot can do about it!

Although it does not matter who leaves gi is just popular demand this season and I can guarantee we lift the title behind Jessie wright as captain, he will lead the green machines to victory!!!
